What do you get when you mix shaving cream and corn starch? Really fun fluff to play with! This so far was Seth's favorite thing we did. It was pretty fun playing in it.

Day 4: Shucking
Corn shucking! What a great hands on project for Seth. It's something he totally likes doing... ripping things apart; and shucking corn has so many layers!
Looks like we are having corn tonight!
No pictures right now. I'm having computer problems! Hopefully I can upload them later along with day 5!
* Updated. Here is day four picture of him peeling corn!

Day 3: salt dough
Father's day is this Sunday. Jesse will hopefully be home this weekend:) Today Seth and I worked on his father's day present. It's another feet craft again! I promise this will be the last one ;) This was an easy and fast craft I was able to whip the dough up while he was eating breakfast and by the time he was done I was ready for his feet and hands!
We had to redo his foot print three times! By the third try he was a pro at stepping on the dough! I wish I had pictures but that would have been impossible for me to take pictures and help Seth at the same time. Oh well :)
His hand print was tricky to do because he kept on trying to dig his finger nails into the dough. We had to redo this one three times also. This was the best we could get:)
This is the dough recipe I used
Bake in pan for 3 hours at 200 degrees. Before you bake your molds you can put a hole in the top with a straw if you are planning on hanging them. When I was growing up my mom use to have my brother and I make Christmas decorations out of dough like this. Fun times!
If desire paint when cooled!

Day 2: Butterfly feet
This was a messy first today. First time Seth got to experience paint... and do a craft. I always thought this project would be fun to do with a baby; defiantly want to do this again with baby number 2!
A bath followed immediately after this project! Seth wasn't to sure about having his feet sponged with paint. But it was worth it for the cute butterfly feet!

Day 1: Egg shells
Kicking off Seth's 31 day challenge is the egg shell sensory! Because playing with egg shells are fun! I saw this on a list of activities to do with toddlers.
I have been washing and saving egg shells for the pass week. Yes, all the egg shells have been washed :)
Slowly and carefully digging into the egg shells!
Being less gentle! It didn't take Seth long to realize that smashing egg shells was fun!
Day 1 done 30 more to go! Playing with egg shells = success!

31 firsts in 31 days
Starting on Monday Seth and I are going to be doing a first everyday for 31 days. (June 11th - July 11th) I will not be blogging on weekends but will have all the First posted the following Mondays. This will be a fun challenge to do; with Jesse gone to Wrangell for pretty much the month on June and July!
:) I better start thinking of some fun new first! Do you have any ideas?

Happy June!
Happy June everyone! I can't believe it's June already!
Seth LOVES picking dandelion tops. Poor dandelions are not really opening up to much lately due to the cooler weather.
The next few pictures are a result of me trying to get Seth to sit still so I could get a picture of him.
I give up!
