Halloween costume

OK I know it's kind of late but this was Seth's halloween costume.  First halloween costume!  I dressed him up as hubby!

x'mas tree and Thanksgiving

Getting ready to decorate for Christmas!  We always decorate the weekend after Thanksgiving.  Last Thanksgiving hubby threw this back out for 13 weeks... hopefully we don't have a repeat of last year.

Family picture!

This year I made Seth his only felt tree to decorate.  Maybe this will keep his hands off of the real tree.  This wonderful idea came off of pinterest.

beach time

Took Seth to Sandy Beach Park today.  Loved it!  We played for two hours.

Getting all the energy out!

My little guy is getting so big :(

Beautiful day for throwing rocks in the water

Always finding something to pick up

If you're wondering were Abby was, she hangs out in here

Updates:
  1. Abby is really close to sleeping through the night.  I only have to get up once to feed her; usually around 4 or 4:30!
  2. Seth is starting to show potty training signs...
  3. Seth still isn't talking... hopefully soon.
  4. Abby rolled over yesterday.  From her stomach to back.
  5. I'm pretty sure the terrible twos are starting... some days Seth can be a hand full.

cloth diapers

We started Abby in cloth diapers!  Some thing I wanted to do with Seth when he was a baby, but never did... I was kind of scared!  It's almost been a week in cloth.  I still use disposable diapers at night for her; because she sleeps such long stretches and I haven't found a CD the would last that long... Plus I don't want to change anything that might ruin her night time sleeping pattern.

She's filling out!

it goes on

Well I had one of those moments today were I said something and as some as I said It I was thinking "oh no shouldn't have said that"; meanwhile your toes are curls inside your shoes.  When those moments happen It always brings me to one of my favorite quotes... by Robert Frost: In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.

So true... lets move on...

My handsome brother ,Jake, holding Abby for the first time!

Abby gives Seth some of the best smiles

Always trying to help put the pacifier in her mouth.

Seth found this cute shell in our yard.  He gave it to me so I'm going to consider this my first gift from him!

Two months

Juneau

It feels so good to be home and adjusting to life with baby number two.  Seth's is slowly getting better with her. The first week of her life Seth ignored her... and me. I'm happy we are getting pass that.  Hopefully as the days go by his listening will improve to what it was before baby.
Here are some pictures from Juneau
